Stay In Motion

Rarely a dissertation. A quick thought or two. Sometimes we get down on ourselves. This is a reminder to stay in motion. When you are feeling a brief moment of depression, take the time to process your feelings. A day or so. Just rest and accept your thoughts, but don't stay there! Get up, do something around the house. Go soak in some sun. If the budget allows, get some ice cream. When you come back home, sit down and write down your goals. This could be personal, career based, probable entrepreneurship, or anything you want. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day and your dreams won't be either. Set realistic goals and timelines. Baby steps. Celebrate the journey. If your depression just happens to last longer than you think it should, never be afraid to ask for help. Therapy is our friend. All love!
